  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • To develop & maintain Accounting & Billing Operations
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Establish appropriate policies, program practices
  • Effectively operate the property accounting system
  • Manage account payable and receivable staff
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Auditing regularly all accounting procedures
  • Check & controls, budget expenditures

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • ACCA (or) CPA are preferred
  • Able to use one accounting software (ERP, SAP, UBS...... )
  • Five or more years of experience in Chief Accountant position
  • Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
