•    Collecting data and Confirming with Operation Department by preparing of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Budget 
•    Review all budgets and financial performances monthly to identify cost reduction opportunities
•    Evaluating and Comparing of Budget and Actual Condition by monthly
•    Submitting and Discussion with Management based on Operation Results
•    Setting up Internal Control Procedure for Finance Department’s operation smoothly
•     Controlling and checking of amount with Approved Budget Amount to be effective and efficiency
•    Signing and allowing of expenditure in line with Budget Amount
•    Counter Checked of Finance Department Procedures in line with SOP 
•    Counter Checked   of Daily Payment and Received Vouchers with Attachments.
•    Counter Checked of Daily Cash Balance prepared by Cashier
•    Supervise, Guidance, give knowledge to subordinate to do financial transactions smoothly
•    Preparing of Financial Statement   according to the Accounting Standards and checking in line with true and fair view.
•    Checking of all data included in Financial Statement (Profit or loss, Financial Position, Cash Flow Statement, Notes etc.,)
•    Analyze financial results and Explanation of Financial Reports to Managing Director
•    Good control of Account Receivable and Account Payable Up to date
•    Experience to conduct stock count with External Auditors
•    Monitor and manage cash flow by tracking the transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
•    Be able to work under pressure to meet the reporting deadline
•    Be able to solve day to day operation problem
•    Be able to work and be a liaison person with Tax Officers

•    Minimum Degree in Commerce or equivalent
•    CPA/ACCA/LCCI Qualification or equivalent 
•    Diploma/Certificate in IFRS
•    At least 10 years relevant experience in Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of experience in managing role
•    Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
•    Good understanding of Myanmar Tax system 
•    Experience with SAP ERP system advantageous
