- Management ကို တိက်ေသာ လစဥ္၊ ႏွစ္စဥ္ အစီရင္ခံစာမ်ား တင္ျပရန္။
- Asset Register မ်ား စစ္ေဆးေပးရန္။
- Revenue Recognition ႏွင့္ Account Code မ်ား စာရင္းသြင္းမႈတြင္ မွန္ကန္မႈႏွင့္ တသတ္မတ္တည္း ( Consistency ) ရွိမႈကို သံုးသပ္ရန္။
- အခြန္ စာရင္းမ်ား အစိုးရႏွင့္ Supplier, Customer မ်ားႏွင့္ မွႏ္ကန္မႈရွိေရး ပူးေပါငး္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- Finance Department မွ Accountant အားလံုး၏ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈအေပၚ ၾကီးၾကပ္ေပးရန္။
- Accountant မ်ား၏ Report မ်ားအား စစ္ေဆးေပးရန္။
- Board of Directors သို႔ Monthly Report and Yearly Report မ်ား တင္ျပေပးရန္။
- Internal Control and Accounting System ကို Monitor လုပ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ Sales Department, Warehouse Department မ်ားအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ Document Control မ်ား သတ္မွတ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ညိွႏိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးျခင္း။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Minimum Degree in Accounting ( or ) ACCA (or ) CPA
- Over Five year experience in financial and management accounting
- Must Have Strong Leadership skill and analytical skill
- Strong planning, organizing, budgeting and decision-making skill
- Strategic-minded, result oriented and possess can do attitude in problem-solving.
- Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Internet) also reporting & presentation skill and Good Communication skills
- Must be the one and with a great concentration and attention on details.
- Able to use accounting software and general knowledge in taxation
- Able to converse well in both written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and interact with all levels
- Above 35 years old.
