We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a pivotal leader and financial partner to our CEO and Board. This role is designed for an executive who excels at blending high-level financial vision with operational excellence to fuel sustainable growth and innovation.

You will be entrusted with our complete financial architecture, from capital strategy and investor relations to risk management and compliance. A defining aspect of this position is leading the digital evolution of our finance function, leveraging Odoo ERP to create a seamless, data-intelligent foundation for the future.

Your Impact: 

• Formulate and execute financial strategy, providing insights to guide market expansion, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee capital allocation, treasury, and ensure robust financial controls and reporting.
• Spearhead the optimization of our Odoo ERP system. Drive the transition from manual processes to an integrated platform, ensuring data integrity, automated reporting, and real-time executive dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of strategic partnership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• A track record of developing and implementing financial strategy that directly impacts business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in optimizing or implementing ERP systems. (Odoo experience is a significant advantage).
• Exceptional communication skills and the executive presence to serve as a credible advisor to the Board, and the leadership team.
