  • Contact, negotiate and follow up with the customer for the requirement of credit delay issue.
  • Report the updated collection activities and to supervisor.
  • Keep phone calls records exactly and timely with Excel and report to relevant department daily.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and handle customer complaints.
  • Any other administrative duties as and when necessary

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Strong communication skills within internal team and external clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and also maintain the good relationship with current clients.
  • Good computer skills, MS Office, email and internet. specially in Excel.
  • Can work on under pressure
