• Assist and work closely with Operations Director for all operations and day to day management of Campus

• Manage all operational activities of the center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with students, parents, teachers and suppliers

• Develops center operational procedures, strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations goals

• Prepares business plans that support the operation of the center

• Coordinate with Chindwin College’s partner educational institutions

• Responsible for supervising operation team and subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs

• Serves independently as the point person for internal coordination of College student recruitment and enrollment management goals utilizing specific knowledge gained of admissions, registration criteria and scholarship information and deadlines

• Organizes and implements all aspects of large, campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls, and representing the College events

• Responsible for ISO Audit

• Bachelor Degree in any fields, preferable in MBA

• Excellent Computer skills (MS Office package) and Email/Internet

• Fluent in written and spoken English• Good social and communication skill

• Excellent organizational skills

• Demonstrate a good use of initiative

• Be able to work on tight deadlines with own initiative

• Be able to learn new systems and procedures rapidly
