KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead Draught Beer Quality and Perfect Serve agenda

• Implement quality programmes and procedures across all Draught Beer Brands
• Execute Global Perfect Serve Training agenda to external Retail Customers and their working staffs
• Assist to conduct HML Brewery Tours as part of Perfect Serve agenda to external partners and stakeholders
• Conduct weekly market visits for quality insights as well as manage external agencies to conduct draught quality audits and surveys among retail partners ensuring best in class executions (serving rituals, pouring rituals & draught related POSMs)
• Explore Outlet Incentive Schemes and Loyalty Programs for outlets that will improve pro-active participation and commitment from outlets to continue delivering superior draught quality and experience and maintain consistency throughout.
• Lead execution and implementations of draught quality improvement processes after audits
• Lead training and coaching programmes internally – to frontline sales
• Deal with complaints/draught beer queries together with Customer Service Team and implement solutions following provided procedures
• Work with Brand and Channel teams to raise awareness of Perfect Serve among consumers via outlet activations and through-the-line campaigns
• Take lead on all draught related operations (logistics/installations) in Functional Service Events.
• Assist Key Account Team in acquiring leads for Function Service program through awareness drives

• Must be a team player and work with multiple cross-functional teams (internal and external) to enhance draught quality in every execution touchpoint
• Self-motivated with a winning mentality and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Brand passionate and Brand Loyal with a genuine dedication to the success of Heineken Myanmar, excellent knowledge of the Draught Beer
• Excellent customer service skills & warm, approachable personality
• Must be flexible and willing to adjust priorities to meet the needs of the business
• Brewing expertise and in depth understanding of Myanmar Beer cultures
• Responsible and key management skills
• Strong capabilities of training skills and methods, especially to outlets staffs with lower education levels.
• Basic understanding of giving effective training regime and programs to external stakeholders

Others:

• Accountable for Core Business Standards of HML
• Responsible for the delivery of key Interaction and Engagement activities within HML
• Responsible for ensuring quality standards, health and safety standards and responsible service of alcohol guidelines are adhered to while serving all beers

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage sector, preferably within the beer industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Fluency in Burmese is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Must have experience in public speaking/ entertaining/ performing
• Must have a proven record of being a positive beer Representative
