The role of Communications Specialist is to provide assistance to Internal Communications Manager and Public Relations Manager in the implementation of internal communications, public relations and correspondence between all VCs, Functions, Departments and Branches

  • Communications Implementation - ‌asist the Internal Communications, PR and CSR Managers to execute respective strategies that aligns with the bank’s mission, vision and goals.
  • Liaise with  departments - work closely between Internal Communications, PR and CSR Managers and both internal and external stakeholders to keep track about upcoming projects and communications initiatives
  • Content Planning - assist in reviewing and editing  the contents before release. Assist in developing content; including but not limited to scripts, announcements, articles, interviews, and presentations.
  • Comms Platform Monitoring - Listen and Report comments and messages across platforms. Assist in  whitelisting and analyse employee data on Communication Platforms.
  • Record Keeping - Archive and keep records of communication contents on various platforms for Internal Communications, PR and CSR Projects and update in a timely manner.
  • Editorial Calendar Assistance - keep track of the editorial calendar and update the Communications Team on timelines and deadlines.
