A Good Opportunity for ..

The Community Specialist will be responsible to increase customer engagement, optimize brand identity, plan campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase traffic, functionality utilization and time spent on application by individual customers.

  • Manage and maintain content traffic to optimize content quality and relevance to viewers
  • Manage in-app campaigns and initiatives to increase user engagement and traffic
  • Integrate user journey throughout the functions of the application
  • Initiate pilot programs and develop content strategy and content calendars for internal Official Accounts while working with freelancers and internal stakeholders to achieve required deadline and quality
  • Create high-quality content (in English and Burmese) on various topics on the platform from time to time

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or customer experience
  • Preferably a sports fan, football fan and tech savvy
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with graphic editing tools such as Photoshop preferred
