(1) Evaluate the Construction Cost.
(2) Study job specification to determine appropriate construction methods.
(3) Determine labour requirement . Direct & Supervise workers.
(4) Schedule the project and Budget, timeline required to meet timeline.
(5) Inspect & review the project.
(6) Prepare & Submit budget estimate and progress and cost tracking report.
(7) Develop & implement quality control programs.
(8) Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects , consultants , clients , supplier & sub-contractor.
(9) Obtain all necessary permits & License.
(10) Do the Government Tasks.

(2) Good English Language Skill.
(3) Good Auto Cad Skill.
(4) Age - 25 to 30
(5) Must be 3 years of experience in construction
