Researching contents, consumer trends and apply these on the new and existing products of the KBZPay market to ensure that the contents are relevant and appealing. Creating product description for the products and upload new products to the KBZPay Market. Seller’s product training support to help onboarding new merchants to the KBZPay Market.

• To check and prepare the product import file before uploading to the market especially the description of the products.

• Audit the product descriptions of the existing products and update these to the effective and detailed description for the customers.

• Update training slides and steps align with the updated version of the application.

• Ensure that the documents at the learning center in the KBZPay Market is detailed and updated with the current processes.

• Coordinate with the category managers at the application training to onboard new sellers.

• Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and customers to execute the best customer experience.  

• Passionate, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment with result oriented mind-set.

• Familiar with Internet (Google, E-mail), Microsoft (excel, PowerPoint) and tech feature usage

• Good Communication, proactive & problem solving skills

• Working: 0 to 2-year Experience
  (Fresh Grad or University Student with high potential is considerable)

• No related experience required (Ecommerce knowledge is a plus)

• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships

• High working flexibility to drive the team goals 

• Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to customer engagement

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination 

• Fluent English language
