- Fully in charge of activity related to legal necessaries
- Draft and review any agreements, contracts and any other related legal documents in English with respect to Myanmar Law
- Monitor and update any change or new enforcement of laws and regulations in Myanmar
- To be approachable and able to establish good communication internally and act professionally towards external parties
- Provide legal opinion, advice, and education to staff(such as conducting seminars), and respond to any legal request from management and/or staff
- Monitor company overall compliance with laws and regulations, also responsible for any other legal related issues
- Upon request or instruction from management, provide services to sister companies and/or related companies in Myanmar
- Upon request or instruction from management, provide other service in Myanmar.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

- Must have min. 5 years working experience in Foreign company
- Must have min. 2 years working experience related to legal officer in Foreign company
- Must have experience of reviewing legal documents with law and law firm
- Prefer to have working experience in foreign law firm

What We Can Offer

Venue: Bahan Township
Working Days: Monday~Friday
Working Hours: 8:30AM~17:00PM
