- Manage new corporate and individual clients delivered by sales.
- Nurture clients and handle any issues that may arise.
- Oversee contract renewals
- Handling customer complaints.
- Proactively manage both the clients and the client database.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with Directors, logistics and other sales team members, sharing client information.

- Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of the geography of Yangon.
- Proven sales or Account Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
- Outgoing and engaged.
