The role holder is responsible for sourcing new customers and nurturing existing relationships to help achieve the assigned objectives in terms of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role holder is responsible for addressing the customers’ needs, queries and complaints within specified turnaround times to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role holder is also responsible for providing customers with adequate information about the bank’s products/services, and for retaining and cross-selling to customers.  

  • Prospects and develops new customer relationships through outside calls, telemarketing, targeted directed mailings, and cross selling, to ensure achievement of customer acquisition targets
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for the customers, including managing daily administration and attending to compliance requirements
  • Understands and keeps updated on customer requirements, and assists the Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
  • Initiates account openings and closures, and ensures the completion of required documentation, checklists, processes, and workflows to comply with the bank’s policies and procedures
  • Provides account servicing and maintenance, and undertakes problem resolution for customers in accordance with established procedures and regulations
  • Ensures that all customer problems/complaints/queries are handled efficiently and according to the highest standards of service quality
  • Effects transactions on behalf of customers  and informs Relationship Managers and customers of any irregularities according to account documentation
  • Provides account servicing and maintenance, and undertakes problem resolution for customers in accordance with established procedures and regulations
  • Keeps abreast of and develops a strong understanding of the bank’s customer offerings and products, and communicates proficiently with clients on these matters
  • Timely deliver and achieve the task assigned by Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department, and management team with satisfactory service quality.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Graduate, or Diploma Degree in Business studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience or RM experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Able to command in Thai and English.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
