  • Handles customer enquiries via phone calls/ email/ Viber and maintaining efficient service standard to customers.
  • To manage and follow up for enquiries/complaints/feedbacks promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on complaints and liaise with relevant internal parties on technical civil works and commercial works
  • Responsible to follow up for daily operation of technical staff and to ensure the facility operations are delivered and met the client’s expectations
  • Manage and develop team members to provide quality service and good work performance 
  • Ensure that works are in strict accordance with operating instructions
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Property Management or , law,  Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial operations and real estate sector
  • Organized, independent and can multi-task.
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work under pressure & independently
  • able to speak in english
