Your Role:

This position is responsible to support customer services in daily operations of route transportation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive orders and issue PO accordingly
• Place purchase orders and confirm sales/buying prices
• Coordinate shipments with transport vendors
• Arrange scheduling of loading & unloading
• Communicate with customer on transport schedule, documentation, sample request and loading requirements, and order confirmation
• Enter data into the system (PROCA/TMS) for billing process
• Compile invoice information monthly billing to certain customers
• Track and trace truck movements to ensure availability, estimate loading dates and transit times, schedule future orders
• Maintain and update system database regarding customers, products, suppliers, pricing
• Ensure compliance of the department KPIs set up
• Prepare reports as and when require
• Other assignments by management team

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email, etc)
• Problem solving skills
• Understanding of customer service
• Good team player
• Work well under pressure
• Challenging (well accepting changes)
