- Serve as point of contact for after sales service
- Support customer queries, complaints and questions
- Process paper work, documentation, contract preparation
- Check accuracy of documents submitted by sales team as per standard procedures
- Identify customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative duties for department
- Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service process
- Ad hoc duties as required
