Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory or inform senior assistant and supervisor
Help customers to onboard the KBZPay and disseminate the awareness of inclusive product services
To help with customer’s needs on KBZPay’s services
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Report to senior assistant and supervisor if situations (health of customers, employees, or other specious situations) are unusual.
