- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, maintaining the company’s premium service standards.

- Provide information on lounge facilities, flight details, and related services.

- Oversee seating arrangements, food and beverage replenishment, and cleanliness of the lounge.

- Address guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints tactfully and efficiently.

- Provide accurate and updated information about flights, airport facilities, and passenger services.

- Assist passengers with directions, inquiries, and general travel assistance.

- Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor even during peak traffic or irregular operations.

- Handle lost property claims and coordinate with security and ground handling teams.

- Maintain accurate records of lost and found items in compliance with company policy.

- Communicate with passengers regarding retrieval and documentation of their belongings.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Matriculation Examination Pass or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.

- Prior experience in a hotel front office, airline ground service, or lounge environment is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for customer service.

- Proficient in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Well-groomed, confident, and professional presentation.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- Team player with a positive attitude, responsibility, and adaptability.

- Capable of handling pressure and multitasking in a dynamic airport environment.
