1. Responsible for customer service work, independently formulate customer service management systems, processes and work content, and coordinate the work of personnel in the customer service department to ensure customer satisfaction;

2. Responsible for handling emergency and crisis public relations to ensure first -class customer standards;

3. Regularly analyze and summarize customer acceptance, actively discover and solve problems, conduct team training, and promote team growth;

4. Cooperate with the business department to complete the sales indicators, assist in combing business processes, and various activities and policies to land;

5. Responsible for team building,and development;

6. Other matters assigned by superior leaders.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Graduation or above in college, the main majors are unlimited

2. The  experience of customer service in two years and above is preferred;

3. Familiar with the software application, and to write the media content;

4. Have strong service awareness and brand awareness;

5. Excellent communication and coordination ability;

6. Strong pressure resistance;

7. Outstanding customer service personnel of third-party service agencies are preferred;

8. English/Burmese can be given priority as a working lingee;

9. Driving
