  1. * Customer Service (Page, Website, After Sale, Delivery) Training must be provided every time a new member arrives
    * Must be able to take full responsibility for training
    * Call scripts and training will help update the reply content
  2. Analyze relevant data to determine customer experience and use this information to identify improvements at all touch points
  3. Plan strategy, set targets / KPIs, create action plans & road map, and conduct data analysis
    Set the vision and policy for customer care and the quality standard and assurance.
  4. Identifying and accessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining customer relations.
  6. And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Any Bachelor Degree holder
  2. * Excellent customer service and good personality
    * Good interpersonal skill
  3. Preferably  4 yrs experienced in Customer Service Specialilst or Trainer
  4. Able to work under pressure and can multi-task effectively
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming.
