• To ensure brand adequate dealership appearance in terms of exterior and interior Corporate Identity and architectural concepts
• To initiate, co-ordinate and consult in business process improvement in the dealerships
• To ensure the implementation of Company’s standards in the dealer network

Co-ordination and Goal Relationship with Dealers & Distributions
• Deployment of consultants to the markets
• Supporting the Dealer Management Selection and training programs
• Assisting in the developing of training activities to increase knowledge on dealer management level in co-ordination with Company’s training staff.
• Coordinate with Dealers and Company’s staff to ensure full understanding
• Ensure performance relating to sales vs target, CSS and focus areas is understood and plans in place to achieve targets.
• Development of dealerships towards the fulfillment of standards
• Consultation of dealers in facility planning and enhancement
• Guiding the dealer in terms of necessary investments based on business cases
