A Good Opportunity for ..

Lead the automation project for ATM and Card Reconciliation. Automation includes reconciliation of related ledgers and integration with customer relationship management tool to ensure better efficiency in dispute resolution.
Work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the automation project.
Lead the UAT for the automation project. Analyze the reports to see if any changes required.
Review and monitor tool results.
Always enforce strong risk and operational controls and secure satisfactory audit results and adhere strictly with Data Security rules.
Capability to lead a team.
Such other ad-hoc projects undertaken by the Bank or Finance Function
Prepare, implement & adhere SOP as required by the section.
Guide the subordinates to follow the Policy, Procedures in place and support them to be more efficient in their work.
