  • Assisting in budget preparation and management activities.
  • Developing financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conducting periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
  • Preparing cash requisitions as per group’s system.
  • Managing cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.
  • Ensuring maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Tracking investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
  • Ensuring all expenses are within assigned project budget.
  • Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc. as required.
  • Ensuring account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.
  • Ensuring financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
  • Managing the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.
  • Ensuring data integrity in all financial reporting.
  • Updating financial records with recent transactions and changes.
  • Performing finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.
  • Identifying and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
  • Reviewing financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Professional Accountancy Qualification: B.Com, LCCI Level III, ACCA Part I or II.
  • Analytical, result oriented, structured in approach, performance focused.
  • Innovative and out of box thinker; strong communication capability.
  • Language skill in English intermediate level, high energy, passion and inclination to work with diversified teams/ people.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 + Years strong experience in multinational corporations or companies of repute with structured process and procedure; have led multiple functional teams and delivered consistent results.
  • Able to travel as duty assignment.
