To support ITSM tool operation , and System enhancement according to the user requests from each departments (CR/NR)
To gather requirement analysis and feasibility study of new change requests before implementing in the ITSM system
To collect the user requirements from users/requesters and discussion with the vendors for the system implementation.
To make modifications of existing flows and making new changes from related departments and stakeholders and the configurations of the required ITSM setup updates and do the UAT tests for those deliverables
To provide ITSM training to end users/requesters, approvers and fulfillers (both JOIT & Vendors) and training to trainers
To solve user complaints daily from all users including states and regions
