  • To perform preventative maintenance tasks on International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC), International Voice Circuits and International Backbone Links fast to recover.
  • Involve in project implementation such as new system deployment, hardware migration process.
  • Monitors and identifies DWDM, IPLC system and internet backbone abnormalities, resolves problems, or escalates to relevant parties for help.
  • To participate on regional 24/7 out of Hours rotation where business needs require.
  • Enhance operational processes to continually meet customers requirements
  • Lead and manage team to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
  • To provide technical support for internal and external partners' request and complaints by 24x7x365.
  • To create service performance reports on monthly / yearly basic. 
  • Manage system recovery process and prepare incident reports in the event of outages.
  • Prepare and presentation to management for Incident report, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology. 
  • Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant hands on experience with Transmission knowledge for Telecom Services.
  • Good knowledge of exchange system and network background.
