This role will be responsible for ensuring that KBZ Bank and KBZPay follow best practices for digital, social and direct marketing, and is expected to drive the transformation of KBZ Bank towards data-driven digital and social media marketing across all products and services. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the different business units within the bank to propose, manage and report on Digital Marketing activities designed to meet business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing Account Managers (known as Business Partners) to design digital marketing solutions for each business unit.
Play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms
▪ Plan and execute social media and wider digital campaigns that align with business goals
▪ Guide and advise the Business Units on what will be the most effective digital marketing solution to meet their objective.
▪ Monitor and analyze effectiveness of social media content
▪ Understand and analyse digital marketing data, insights in order to create reports
▪ Manage digital marketing across a number of areas including media buying, content creation, social media monitoring, website analytics and tracking.
▪ Help train the Marketing Account Managers to make sure they are also knowledgeable in digital marketing
Stay up to date with best practices and new digital marketing solutions so the Bank is able to deploy the best strategies and campaigns.
▪ Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions, looking at all marketing activities from the customer perspective.
