Job Summary

The Digital Product & Pricing Manager is responsible for researching, evaluating, and supporting the development of digital products and services. This role will play a key part in expanding the company's cloud service portfolio introducing new technologies and shaping product positioning and pricing strategies across both existing products and new market segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Product Research & Development

  • Study and benchmark digital/cloud services offered by vendors 

  • Identify new product opportunities aligned with market needs and company capabilities.

  • Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of new solutions 

  • Prepare product proposals, value propositions, and rollout plans for internal review and decision-making.

  • Monitor global and regional trends in cloud and digital infrastructure to guide long-term strategy.
     

2. Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.

  • Coordinate product onboarding processes, pricing discussions, service level agreements (SLAs), and go-to-market collaboration.

  • Track vendor performance and align product offers with local market demands.
     

3. Product Strategy for Market Segments

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design competitive offerings and packages.

  • Define pricing models, cost structures, and margin analysis in coordination with finance and strategy.
     

4. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the AGM and Head of Corporate Strategy on product planning and alignment.

  • Support business case development, presentations, and financial modeling for proposed products.

  • Maintain internal documentation, timelines, and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product development, cloud services, or technology partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (Google, AWS, VMware) and telecom/ISP products.
  • Experience working with vendors and translating technical solutions into business offerings.
  • Strong analytical, research, and pricing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and communicate effectively with technical and commercial teams.
     

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in launching digital products in telecom or ICT sectors.
  • Familiarity with Myanmar market dynamics and enterprise customer needs.
  • Project management experience in tech or product lifecycle environments.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling tools.
