Assist the Product Manager to take a feature, or set of features, and break it down into clearly written and implementable user stories that support and bring clarity to the team. Such user stories should include functionality description, scope of story, acceptance and supporting documentation.
Work within a cross-functional team to ensure the solutions meets business and customer needs.
Assist the Product Manager to be the points of contact for product features clarification and be the consultant for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with product specialists, business analysts, project managers and developers to conduct analysis of user and business needs based on the current priority or project.
Assist the Product Manager in managing the scope of features to ensure time to market is not compromised by making trade-offs and focusing on incremental delivery.
Assist and support Product Manager on the overall strategic roadmap to build innovative solutions and support business objectives.
Performs market research studies and competitive analysis.
Performs analysis to balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities when designing features and enhancements.
Attend clients’ meetings from time to time to understand the client’s requirements and perform further assessment with the Product Team on client’s requirements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Minimum 4 years of experiences in related field (Banking or fintech background is more preferable)
Prefer experience in consumer product handling and product launching
Ability to translate analytics into actionable strategic recommendations and capacity to effectively communicate complex information and concepts to different types of audiences;
App Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Play Developer Console, other tools)
Customer Segmentation, Campaign management and follow-up.
Willingness to experiment, learn new ways of working and new and technologies
Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with consultancy skills and robust understanding of the business planning cycle and processes;
Strong business acumen, including a good understating of marketing, market trends and customers in the market
