This position will be responsible for guiding and shaping how technology can help us transform our operation and services. This role will oversee a project to assess how our information and services could be enhanced through technology to:

• Streamline and improve our distribution and operational processes

• Improve customers’ experience

You will be working closely with Digital Transformation PMO, Business department and IT

department. Your job scope will include (but not limited to):

• Plan and oversee the analysis of Information and digital transformation opportunities

• Develop a transformation road map and framework based on a review of how our Information and services currently work by partnering with multi-function teams

• Define and implement in conjunction with the Digital Transformation PMO, the direction of the overall digital strategy

• Oversee aspects of solution implementation including estimation, planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery

• Provide cost/benefit analysis and resource requirements

• Responsible for delivery reporting to Digital Transformation PMO and key stakeholders

• Manage relationships with third party digital delivery vendors

• Communicating important updates and information to stakeholders as required by the Head of Corporate Planning

• Additional duties as assigned

• A relevant project management qualification or equivalent work experience

• At least 3 years experiences in Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Project Management, or Digital Innovation

• Experience in end-to-end delivery of digital projects (e.g. custom application development, CRM, salesforce marketing automation, customer insight)

• Strong user engagement and communication skills

• Ability to contribute to and implement organizational strategy

• Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization
