Jobs Description

• Plan and execute to achieve the monthly target

• Deploys the agents to the targeted areas

• Manages, select, develop, train and motivate the direct sales to ensure that the right people are delivering the required levels of performance

• Training sessions to align with expected call volumes, improvement for performance or plan and schedule for direct sales campaign

• Assists agents with coaching, conduct one-on-one for improvement for performance

• Develops, reviews, and distributes daily, weekly- monthly performance and another report

• Motivating and maintaining the discipline and morale of direct sales personnel

• Appraising the performance of individual direct sales personnel in accordance with the established appraisal system, with the aim of increasing
individual and overall productivity

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any field
• Good command of spoken, written and reading in English
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Sales Representative, Direct Sales, Sales Executive in retail business would be advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching skill, good analytical skill and team oriented
• Good planning and campaign management skills, good customer interface and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivate, positive thinking, strong to work under pressure, very good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong sales ability with an understanding of drivers to achieve sales success and be able to excel when under pressure to meet targets
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to work in ground to make sure that agents are performing well
