This position will be responsible in Customer Service and Distribution Operations tasks, including:

  • To do Customer/Agent Service at DLEC
  • To provide assigned functions at DLEC as required
  • Manual Data consolidation as required
  • Support in UAT test cases
  • Support in Validation/Sales trackers
  • Additional duties as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service (More than 1 year experience is preferred)
  • Basic /Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate and above level is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good English both in verbal and written
