  • Counseling clients by giving details about programme choices and career advice
  • Provide adequate and accurate information about programme information
  • Organize a schedule appointment with students and parents where necessary
  • Be updated with the information related to school around the world, specifically about programme information
  • Handing incoming queries on phone and office walk-ins
  • Serves visitors and clients by greeting, welcoming, friendly and directing them appropriately
  • Patiently answer customer questions and daily incoming/outgoing phone calls with a positive, helpful attitude
  • To check the office’s equipment list and required documents and contact to operation department for needs
  • To organize drinking water, coffee and so on for the company’s guests
  • Keeps a safe & office’s surrounding area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by management
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to manger

  • Minimum Bachelor Graduate
  • Minimum (2) or (3) years experiences as an education consultant
  • Confident, Compassionate and Result-Oriented consultant
  • Must be strictly aware of deadline for projects
  • Proficient spoken and written in English 4 Skills, business level
  • Must be good at communication, computer knowledge and team spirit
  • Should be able to work independently or part of the team with minimal supervision
