A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Sourcing suppliers and submit proposal for the materials which are requested from the respective department to purchase
  • Communicating with suppliers to determine product availability and pricing
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies to reduce loss, improve accuracy, and manage stock levels.
  • Tracking orders, receiving and unpacking incoming shipments of merchandise, and maintaining purchasing records
  • Work effectively with cross department and organize inventory for easy access
  • Regular stock checking, keep up to date record of inventory items and prepare report as needed
  • Act as point of sales for school merchandising items, uniforms and other items
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager and director

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the inventory and procurement field
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Well knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent team player with active and supportive manner
  • Detailed-oriented and customer service mindset
