This position is responsible for advising students who want to study overseas universities, specifically Malaysia, UK, USA, Canada, Australia universities.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide training in sales techniques, client consultation, and operational best practices.

• Conduct high-level consultations with clients, assessing their academic and career goals to recommend appropriate educational programs and institutions.

• Develop customized solutions and persuasive presentations to effectively address client needs and guide decision-making.

• Manage the entire consultation process, providing expert advice and support to help clients make informed choices.- Assess clients' academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences to recommend suitable educational programs and institutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and expand the client base.

• Analyze sales performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize results and address market trends.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market presence.

• Address and resolve complex client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to secure favorable terms and enhance service offerings.

• Network with community organizations, educational bodies, and industry professionals to promote the company’s services and foster collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to international education consultancy.

• Oversee the documentation process for admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company’s objectives.

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Education and related fields.
• Experience in sales, customer service and related fields.
• Strong communication, consultant and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Result oriented and team player and  mindset.
• Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal.
• Experience in education sector is a plus
