Job Description
Position Title: Education Partnership Development Coordinator
Department: Business Development (Local Partnerships)
Location: Yangon, Myanmar
Reports to: GM/Founder
Salary Range: 600,000 – 800,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance)
Job Purpose
The Education Partnership Development Executive is responsible for building strong, sustainable partnerships with local private high schools, language schools, and international schools in Myanmar. This role requires persistence, excellent communication, and the ability to secure appointments through cold calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. The goal is to create active partnerships that promote Elevate Education’s study abroad services and generate qualified student leads for the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
1. Outreach & Appointment Setting

Cold call, email, or walk in to prospective institutions to secure appointments with decision-makers.

KPI: Minimum 10 outreach attempts per day (calls, emails, or walk-ins) logged in CRM.

KPI: Minimum 50 new outreach attempts per week.
2. Partnership Meetings & Presentations

Deliver professional presentations to principals, teachers, or school boards.

Build trust and demonstrate Elevate’s value to the institution.

KPI: Minimum 10 partnership meetings per week (target 12–15).
3. Signed Partnerships
-
Formalize relationships via MoUs or written agreements.
-
Ensure each signed partner schedules at least one activity (session, event, referral).

KPI: Minimum 5 new signed and active school partnerships per month (target 8–10).

5. Follow-Ups & Relationship Management

Follow up on 100% of meetings within 48 hours with thank-you notes, proposals, or next steps.

Maintain regular contact with partners to strengthen cooperation.

KPI: 90%+ follow-up rate on all meetings.
6. Reporting & Documentation

Submit accurate weekly reports on outreach, meetings, signed partnerships, and leads.

Maintain clean CRM records.

KPI: 100% of reports submitted on time with zero missing data.
7. Events & Representation

Represent Elevate Education at school fairs, seminars, and networking events.

Travel as needed across Myanmar to expand reach.

KPI: Active participation in at least 90% of assigned events.
Bonus Structure (Performance-Based)

Additional bonus per successfully signed and verified partnership agreement.

Bonus only applies to:

Signed MoU/agreement with a qualified educational institution.

Agreement verified and documented internally.

Active partnership (first activity scheduled).

No bonus for associations, memberships, or non-educational affiliations.
Salary & Benefits

600,000 – 800,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance).

Working Hours & Commitment

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Flexibility required for evenings/weekends to attend school events and meetings.

Responsiveness: all internal and partner communication must be answered within 24 hours.

Frequent travel to schools and institutions to main cities and townships for partnership development.
