- Responsible to troubleshoot daily production maker and packer electrical and electronic issues. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per preventive maintenance schedule. Responsible to follow the brand change procedures and ensure all the equipment are installed on the machine accordingly, properly and technically.
- Responsible to maintain machine in high efficiency and deliver finished goods in good quality low reject and low cost. Responsible for KPI related to EHS, manufacturing and quality. Examples of the KPIs are beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency etc.
- Assist on new equipment set up and equipment re-layout and relocation when required. Assist on preventive maintenance, improvement programs and IICI program.
- Assist in the implementation of EHS related projects/activities related to machine and equipment by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.
- Plan, control and manage departmental budget to be in line with plan agreed during ASP period to avoid over and/or under spending.
- Focus on energy saving opportunities and maintain zero LTI and RI in department by cascading all relevant communication programs and initiatives from factory engineering and EHS. Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to save environment, participate in tasks/projects/ programs and audits associated with ISO, FM global and other programs including CP, 5S3R initiatives carried out by local and global authorities.
- Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.

Education : University Degree or its equivalent.

Work Experience : Prefer executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical and Electronic.

: Good electrical and Electronic knowledge, troubleshooting and technical drawing/design and circuit diagram.

Language & Computer skills : Proficiency in English and Burmese, Good in Microsoft Office.
Functional Skills : Make Pack machine operation, troubleshooting skills and maintenance, IICI (beetle infestation), EHS, 5S3R.
