  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and markets for Live Life's door products.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to develop customized solutions for customers.
  5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  6. Provide accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to customers.
  7. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote Live Life's products and services.
  10. Achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by management.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  3. Technical expertise in doors, door hardware, or related products is highly desirable.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
