• Contribute to the overall success of the organisation by effectively contributing to the review and implementation of financial system for the company
• In dept knowledge of all aspects of Finance, Procurement & Inventory modules, working with the business stakeholders and System implementors (SI) consultant and resolving issues and rectify any deficiencies
• Hand hold super users & end users for day to day error handling, knowledge gap, work arounds and functionalities for smooth finance operation
• Assist in knowledge transfer sessions; evaluate the business processes and contribute to business requirement documentation
• Align with SI consultants in delivering changes, improvements to meet business expectations; own and deliver successful completion of projects including documents, user manuals
• Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
• Ensure to build cross validation rules, internal control system to prevent data entry errors and correct recording of transactions
• Resolve any implementation issues and errors
Process and Control Improvements
• Review Fit-gap analysis, review the conversion of requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
• Work closely with the finance team & System Implementation (SI) to continue to develop & implement best practice functionality for the set up modules for efficient work environment with effective internal controls
• Analyze requirements and objectives, suggest business re-engineering processes, eliminate non-value addition processes, and derive how best the software can address client's business process
• Work closely with finance team, SI and other team members to define, design, and align the business application to the business requirements, in order to ensure enterprise to enterprise (E2E) business solution delivery by SI.

• Certified Dynamic 365 enterprise Finance module functional consultant
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting or Commerce & Technology related studies
• Detailed understanding of the financial accounting & Dynamic 365 Enterprise ERP design, Setup, Masters, functionalities & configurations
• Verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well under deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of excel spreadsheets
• Experience leading team and dealing with stakeholders to provide timely inputs
• Optimization for effective and efficient process workflow
• Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence and achieve objectives
• Ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
