As the Software Specialist ,you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Acumatica implementation. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you will lead three key sub-departments: Business Analysis on Implementation, Development, and User Support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing development teams, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring a seamless integration of Acumatica into our business processes.

This role has a reporting line to Software Manager.

1. Oversee the Acumatica Development Team, ensuring timely and quality customizations, coding, and programming.
2. Manage and conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to ensure functionality, accuracy, and reliability.
3. Work closely with developers to address technical challenges and ensure alignment with project timelines.
4. Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address any roadblocks.
5. Manage the UAT process, ensuring that customizations meet business requirements and quality standards.
6. Coordinate with ERP Team to ensure a smooth transition from UAT to deployment.
7. Provide training to end-users to ensure their successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system

1. Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”)

1. Collaborate with the Product Owner and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
3. Continuously collaborate with Product Owner and other stakeholders to prepare, update, and improve SOPs in alignment with the SOP framework. 
4. Manage documentation and analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure smooth ERP implementation.
5. Lead the Teams of Software Customization and User Support.
6. Oversee the User Support team, ensuring responsive and effective support to end-users in both Vietnam and Myanmar operations.
7. Develop training materials and conducting user training sessions.
8. Manage change resistance and foster user adoption of new software systems.

1. Project Management

1. Actively perform the Project Management role, including planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budget.
2. Utilize project management tools to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Ensure effective communication with the Product Owner and other stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
4. SOPs for defining criteria for evaluating software vendors, such as product features, vendor reputation, pricing, support services, and scalability.
5. Vendor Management Procedures for prioritizing and weighting selection criteria based on organizational needs and priorities.
6. Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant consulting experience and 2 years in managerial role leading IT/digital transformation projects. 
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Software Engineering 
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, development processes, and best practices
• Fluent in English with Intermediate Business English skills

• Experienced in full-cycle project development within Acumatica ERP, specializing in Finance and Procurement modules.
