Job Scope

As an ERP Subject Matter Expert, you will involve in design, configuration and implement business processes for an enterprise Pharmaceutical Distribution Chain on an ERP Software. You will need to grasp the requirements of the end users, be able to provide the solution for the problems in the business process, communicate with ERP Vendors and ensure that the system works as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

 Evaluating end users’ business requirements, needs, and objectives. And transform to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.
 Analyzing and solving complex end users’ issues related to data and processes.
 Developing various documents including business processes and user guides in both English and Myanmar.
 Liaise with HQ ERP team & Vendors for the escalated issues.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 Degree or Master Degree from Business or Logistics or IT.
 At least 4-5 years of working experience in a business domain related to Logistics, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management and IT (Wide Industry Knowledge)
 Good analytical skill, data management, and problem-solving capabilities, ability to explain ideas and plan to non-technical end users and to interpret client business requirements to build a solution.
 Show good judgment, problem-solving and ability to interpret/adapt solutions/ approaches when formulating responses to issues or concerns.
