The Position• Assistant Estate Manager OR Estate Manager (based on experience)• Acting as the Owner’s representative in dealing with the clients/tenantsKey responsibilities• Working closely with other departments (project management & construction, admin, etc.)• management of teams (M&E/utilities, landscaping, cleaning and security)• daily, weekly, monthly and long-term maintenance planning and repairs of utilities and properties• development/amendment and enforcement of estate/property house rules• tenant relationship management.

• Diploma/ Degree/ Advanced Degree holder• Proven property/estate management experience• Current or prior knowledge of the Myanmar real estate industry• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Fluent in English ( Ability to speak Chinese/ Japanese/ Korean is a plus)
