  • Planner and manager of a wide range of diverse events from conception to completion.
  • Manage end-to-end process and budget, and liaise with external vendors and colleagues across departments
  • Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s unique event needs and requirements
  • Propose appropriate event solutions for the client’s project(s)
  • Oversee and manage overall progress and development of the client’s account and project(s)
  • Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the event, ensuring client and event requirements are met
  • Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location.
  • To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events.
  • To take on project administration and assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
  • Onsite execution and smooth delivery of event

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management with relevant agency experience
  • A passion for events and communications
  • An ability to multi-task
  • Good personality and a team player
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
