Planner and manager of a wide range of diverse events from conception to completion.
Manage end-to-end process and budget, and liaise with external vendors and colleagues across departments
Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s unique event needs and requirements
Propose appropriate event solutions for the client’s project(s)
Oversee and manage overall progress and development of the client’s account and project(s)
Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the event, ensuring client and event requirements are met
Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location.
To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events.
To take on project administration and assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken
Onsite execution and smooth delivery of event

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

At least 3 years of experience in event management with relevant agency experience
A passion for events and communications
An ability to multi-task
Good personality and a team player
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
