An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible to create event plan, content and event design, event goals and target audiences.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with vendors to make sure for the event completion.
  • Arrange event setup, seating, registration, and guest flow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, IT) and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via email, social media, and ads.
  • Oversee event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise staff, volunteers, and vendors during events.
  • Gather post-event feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with attendees and sponsors for future events.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3+ years in event planning and preferable to handle the teenagers related event management.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to communicate in English is preferable.
