Job Purpose
To lead and manage all offline marketing activities—including events, merchandising, consumer promotions, trade promotions, and in-store visibility—to strengthen brand presence, drive sales growth, and support the organization in achieving its commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Marketing Execution
Plan and execute sampling activities, in-store promotions, and consumer engagement programs.
Manage events, roadshows, activations, and brand visibility installations.
Oversee merchandising operations (indoor & outdoor) to ensure brand consistency.
Coordinate POSM/POP production (lightboxes, signage, wobblers, shelf-talkers, stands, etc.).
Ensure trade marketing execution across modern trade and general trade channels.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual/offline marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
Identify target customer segments and tailor marketing activities accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive channel-specific initiatives.
Develop competitor and market insight reports.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare annual and monthly marketing budgets.
Ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI for all offline activities.
Manage vendor negotiations for production, events, and merchandising.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports, including results, insights, and improvements.
Track performance of promotions and events.
Monitor merchandising coverage, visibility share, and store compliance.
5. Team Management & Development
Lead, train, and motivate the field marketing/sampling/merchandising team.
Conduct performance evaluations and skill development programs.
Ensure strong coordination between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
6. Vendor and Agency Management
Manage relationships with printing houses, event agencies, promoters, and merchandising agencies.
Ensure timely and high-quality output.
