Supervises and coordinates the day to day activities of teams that ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of the building.

-   Assist in Providing overall supervision and running daily operation of the building smoothly. 

-   Supervise installation, inspections, repairs, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing and civil tasks.

-   Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

-   Assists with allocation, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.

-   Assist in taking charge of ISO documents and M&E checklist.

-   Assist in handling all emergency situations when required.

-   Act as safety team member during any emergency situation including activating the emergency system.

-   Inform Reporting Manager of daily needs, problems and client feedback 

-   Assist in maintaining facilities of building on a continual basis throughout shift 

-   Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.

-   Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management as and when required.

-   Engineering Degree / Engineering Diploma.

-   Knowledge of M&E services, Building maintenance and ELV systems. 

-   4-5 years’ experience in leading and managing multiple teams property management industry

-   Prefer who have experience in Shopping mall, Office tower maintenance background.  

-   Inspirational and innovative leader with an engineering spirit and ability to develop and motivate others. 

-   Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good computer skills. 

-   Ability to plan and priorities workloads, and delegate accordingly 

-   Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure. 

-   Able to work collaboratively with other staff and departments 

-   Able to work flexibly and in an organized manner.
