  • Lead and manage general administration matters including warehouses 
  • Assist Management to identify the admistrative-related issues at Production, propose and implement policies and procedures to strengthen it
  • Ensure the workers obey workplace’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure all factory’s assets are utilized in an efficient manner
  • Monitor and control consumables materials at suitable levels
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Degree holder or above in Business-related disciplines
  • Experience within Administrative Management in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have at least 5 years of working experience in medium/ large manufacturing
  • Ability to speak Burmese and Chinese. Chinese speakers are preferred
  • Proactive, goal-oriented & good team player with a positive attitude
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
