- Preferable MBA degree holder
- Must be familiar with Labor Laws
-Proven experience as Manager level for Managing Director
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g.,Microsoft Office).
