A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Receiving malt and rice containers and intake into silo. This includes data entry into log sheet, coordination with QA and warehouse.
  • Milling process including aspiration system, destoners, separators, milling systems, weighting scale and conveying system
  • Preventive maintenance (Cleaning, lubrication and inspection) as per schedule
  • Troubleshooting and reporting of downtime
  • Brewing process including material intake, material transfer, brewing operation (Braumat V6), additives addition, CIP of brewing vessels, water tanks, CIP vessels and process lines.

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Bio Technology/Bio Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
  • Language: Proficient in written and spoken English & Burmese
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year in brewing or processing
